In appreciation of your donor's support, we ask that you provide us with the following:

1) A short 100-word biography, written in third person including:

• Who you are
• Your specific academic program, degree, any other academic or career goals
• Your future aspirations

2) A personalized thank you letter:

• Please write a brief thank you letter (2 or 3 paragraphs) addressed to “Dear Donor”
• A sentence to thank the donor in the opening paragraph and closing paragraph
• A paragraph about what you are studying, including year and program, future goals and aspirations, etc.
• Anything that you think might indicate to the donor how important/meaningful it is for you to receive the scholarship

3) A Photo:

Good Lighting. Vertical Shot (Portrait). Nice Smile. Mid shot (note the proportion of face against the photo, it shows shoulders, upper body). The sample below is a low resolution but please do set your camera to the highest resolution possible for the photograph.
