Support Indigenous Initiatives on Laurier’s campuses

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Current: Indigenous Knowledge Fund Campaign » Donor Info » Billing » Review » Finish

September 30th, 2022 marks the second National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, as recognized by the Government of Canada. This day of remembrance and reflection honours First Nations, Inuit and Métis survivors, their families and communities, and ensures the public commemoration of their history and the legacy of residential schools. While this day is an important milestone, we recognize that the path toward reconciliation must be walked every day.

Indigenous Knowledge Fund

This fund provides opportunities to bring respected Elders and other Indigenous knowledge holders to our campuses to sit in with students at the Indigenous Student Centres or as guest speakers in classes and workshops.

The Indigenous Student Emergency Fund
